beautifully decorated cave rooms, breathtaking rooftop terrace views, spacious and clean toilets
The cave room can feel cramped with larger luggage!!! Some lights flickered uncomfortably, and though they were quick to replace, it just created a nuisance!!! Also, the lack of AC in summer could be an issue!!!

will definitely go back there again
The Fairy Chimney Room was cozy and had a nice sitting area. Amenities like a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and heating made it comfortable. Loved the tranquil views from the terrace. Breakfast was delicious with fresh options. Staff were super attentive, helping with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring!

the stay was filled with little hiccups. breakfast started late, clearly showing a lack of consideration for eager guests like myself. and honestly, a triple deluxe room was hardly deluxe—more average! i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture to compensate for my dissatisfaction, but alas, i guess that’s not part of their service charm after all.

The stay was lovely with unique cave architecture and a cozy atmosphere. The 360-degree views are stunning at sunrise, especially with the hot air balloon spectacle. Staff were attentive and provided a room early for a special event. However, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved slightly.

breathtaking rooftop terrace views, unique cave architecture, spacious and clean bathrooms
The airflow in the bathroom was nearly non-existent!!! A more thorough cleaning of the common areas and improved ventilation would make a noticeable difference!!! Don't get your hopes up for a pristine experience!!!

I stayed in the Deluxe Triple Stone Room, and it was super spacious and bright! The decor was really beautiful, and everything felt clean. I loved having a nice sitting area and the bathroom was large, too. The rooftop terrace gave amazing views of the fairy chimneys and balloons. such a nice touch! Breakfast was simple but filled me up, and it was nice to soak in the views while eating. Awesome experience overall!
